PANCHAKARMA

Panchakarma, which includes five main procedures, is designed to purify the entire body, eliminating accumulated toxins. This program includes treatments such as Virechana (purging), Vamana (emesis), Sneha Basti (enemas with oil), Niruha Basti (enemas with decoctions of medicinal herbs), and Nasya (medicines instilled via the nose). The great advantage of this process is that it can be administered to both healthy people and those who suffer from some pathology. It is an integral part of the daily routine recommended by this healing system for general health and well-being. Traditional Ayurvedic texts are eloquent about the benefits. Here's what it says - "Get a full body oil massage daily.
